Condolence: I met Barbara over 20 years ago when I started at the City of Hartford. She was a joy to work with - always positive and upbeat. I always looked forward to visiting her at her "window seat" at City Hall. My heartfelt condolences to the Sullo family. May God Bless You and hold dear all the wonderful memories of Ms. Barbara.

Condolence: I met Barbara 25 yrs ago when I started with the city of hartford. She was ALWAYS smiling! and always helpful - and trust me.. I asked her alot of questions! she never got angry or flustered. She made my work life enjoyable. I missed her when she retired. I was happy to read she had a wonderful family to enjoy her retirement years. I hope your memories provide you some comfort during this time. She was a wonderful lady, and good friend.
