Obituary for Earl N. Pellett

Earl N.  Pellett
Earl N. Pellett, 74, husband of Barbara (Triantafilu) Pellett of East Hartford, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Hartford Hospital. He was born in Hartford, son of the late William and Ethel (Nyack) Pellett and lived in the area all of his life. Prior to his retirement, Earl served as a Firefighter/Driver for the City of Hartford Fire Department. He was a proud member of the Hartford Firefighters Emerald Society, the Fireman’s Benevolent Society and the Green-Chabot-Richardson Post 52 American Legion of Coventry/Mansfield. Earl was a history buff, watching history movies and the History Channel and bowled in numerous duckpin bowling leagues. Besides his wife, he will be greatly missed by his son, Erik Pellett of East Hartford, his aunt Margie Weber, two nieces Quinn Eurich and Cindy Tagavi and a nephew David Pellett. Earl also leaves his sister-in-law Nancy Pellett, his best friend since kindergarten, Roger Demma and his beloved Golden Retriever, Haylee. In addition to his parents, Earl was predeceased by his sister, Ethel Stone and his brothers, Ernest and Robert Pellett.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday December 17, 2014 at 12:00 noon in the Faith Lutheran Church, 1120 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT 06118. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
