Obituary for Paul Bianca

Paul Bianca, 84, husband of Liliana (Mollica) Bianca of Wethersfield, passed away March 16, 2019 in Maple View Manor of Rocky Hill. He was born in Canicattini Bagni, Sicily, son of the late Salvatore and Maria (LaRosa) Bianca on April 6, 1934. Prior to his retirement, Paul was a Carpenter for Farmington Displays Inc. He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry and doing projects and making things for his family and friends. He was a member of the Italian American Stars Club of Hartford.
Besides his wife Liliana, Paul leaves his sister, Salvatrice DiTommaso and her husband Paul of Farmington, Vincenza Amenta of Sicily, his brother-in-law Russ Mollica and his wife Antonia of Rocky Hill, his sister-in-law Adriana Mangiafico of Newington and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers-in-law Giuseppe Mangiafico and Giuseppe Amenta and his sisters-in-law Carmela Greco and her husband Nicola and Concetta Scordino and her husband Salvatore. Paul’s family would also like to thank his caregiver Dilya for her compassionate care for the last few months.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Paul’s life will follow at 10:00 am at Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield.
