Frank P. Zocco, 74, passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2019, with his family by his side. Frank was born in Hartford to the late Salvatore and Lucy (Gionfriddo) Zocco. He grew up in Wethersfield but made his home in Windsor Locks. Frank was an avid muscle car enthusiast and great story-teller. He was self-employed for fifty years installing window treatments and working with local drapery companies. Frank is survived by his wife Denise Zocco, his daughter and light of his life, Charlotte Zocco, his big brother and best friend Salvatore Zocco and his wife Stephanie both of South Windsor, a step-son Jason Barbour and his wife Sierra of South Carolina, and mother in law Betty Kanonas of Windsor Locks. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews. The services will be private at the request of the family. To extend online condolences, please visit Farleysullivan.com.

To: Denise, Sal and Stephanie, and family I was very sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. He was a good friend and the youngest of the neighborhood gang when we al lived in Wethersfield. (Lucky we all survived our youth given our experimenting with homemade sling shots, fireworks and cannons, and drag racing on the Berlin Tpke.) I spent a lot of time as a youth at the Zocco home and backyard fort his father built. Later, Frank hung our drapes in Rocky Hill and then in Glastonbury which his mom had made. I saw him at the State Capitol a couple of times over the years doing drapery work. I tried to call him a couple of times a few years ago, but never made contact. I will miss him!
