Keith “Ken” L Evans, husband of Irena (Miraslaw) Evans, of South Windsor, passed away December 26,2018 at the Hebrew Home and Hospital. He was born in Birmingham, England on January 30, 1940, son of the late Percy and Zara (Cattell) Evans. When he first came to the United States, he worked in landscaping. Prior to his retirement, Ken was the manager of the Carpentry Unit for Aetna Life and Casualty. He loved to golf at Goodwin Park and was a member of the Irish American Home Society. Ken was a caring husband and father who lovingly dedicated his life to the care of his first wife, Annie, before her passing. He was fortunate to find a beautiful kindred spirit in his wife, Irena, whom he loved and cherished. Besides his wife, Irena, he leaves his son, Pat Evans of Bradenton, FL and his fiancé Lise Dellabianca, his daughters, Karen Wieleba and her husband John of Southington and Tracy Levine of Glastonbury and step-daughter Caroline Golino of Manchester and his grandchildren, Jacqueline Evans, Daniel Evans, Chloe Wieleba, Julia Wieleba, Richard Evans, Ryan Levine, Erin Levine, Lucas Levine, Destin Sanchez and Keilina Rosas. Ken is also survived by his former daughter-in-law, Joan Evans and former son-in-law, Eric Levine. He was predeceased by his wife Annie (Cunningham) and his son Alan J Evans.

A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Ken’s life will be held on Saturday December 29, 2018 at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church of St. Junipero Serra Parish, 673 Ellington Road, South Windsor, CT 06074.
