Kazimierz Tuminski, 62, of Rocky Hill, beloved husband to Teresa Tuminski, peacefully passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. Kazimierz was born November 27, 1955 in Poland, son to the late Stanislaw and Aleksandra Tuminski. He immigrated to America in 1990 and has resided in the Hartford area. He worked as a Machinist for Flanagan Brothers and Continental Company. His greatest joy was spending time with his family who will deeply miss and fondly remember him.
Along with his wife Teresa, Kazimierz leaves two sons and daughters-in-law, Krzysztof and Katarzyna Tuminski of Wethersfield, Przemyslaw and Elzbieta Tuminski of Cromwell; a daughter and son-in-law, Ewa and Cezary Sliwowski of Cromwell; a brother and sister-in-law Czeslaw and Agnieszka Tuminski in Poland; a sister and brother-in-law Hanna and Richard Rozynski of Wethersfield; as well as his five adored grandchildren, Daniel, Julian, Daria, Antoni and Emil. In addition to his parents, Kazimierz was predeceased by his first wife Krystyna.
Friends and relatives may pay their respects to the family Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 4-7pm at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Kazimierz’s life will be held Monday, June 11 at 10:00 am in SS Cyril & Methodius Church, Popieluszko Court, Hartford (Attendees are asked to go directly to the Church). Interment will follow the Mass in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery (St. Justin Section), 1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield.
