The Family of Theresa Forsdick

We first met Sister Betty a little more than a year ago when my wife, Terry Forsdick, was struggling with Alzheimers and terminal cancer and was unable to attend mass at the Church of the Incarnation in Wethersfield. Sister Betty came to our house to bring Holy Communion. We soon found out how much more she brought! She blessed Terry (and us) with cheerful words of wisdom, a beautiful smile, and spiritual blessings. After her second visit, she and Terry bonded and became best friends. She would continue to bring her Communion every Sunday. Terry longed for Sister Betty's next Sunday visit. It was the highlight of every week. There are no words to describe how much comfort, spiritual uplifting and friendship Sister Betty brought week after week. She brought great support and comfort to the family as well. Sister Betty attended Terry's’s funeral in June. She was a remarkable person, an angel on earth and our family and I will never forget her. Our prayers and heartfelt condolences go out to the Burns family.
