Condolence: How do we measure the effectiveness of a police officer? If we use drive or motivation, appearance, integrity, honor or heart, Tommy excelled in each category and not many of us can compare. He would be the first one sitting down ready for roll call, the first one out the door and on patrol after roll call and there were days he would be on his way to booking before some officers even made it out to their car. Tommy would be incredibly enthusiastic while telling a story of an arrest he had or a crazy situation he was in and I think he was happiest when sharing these experiences with others.
Tommy was a great person in jeans too. When he was moving, he came across a couple model cars and was excited to give one of them to me for my son. He wanted to show me some more items and told me that these things would be donated to Goodwill if nobody took them. I am now hearing more and more stories of his generosity or about a nice gesture or his sense of humor and while none of them are surprising, I hope he knew how much he meant to our family.
Rest in peace brother

Condolence: Tommy, where do I begin , so many fun times working with you especially in S.E.T,i remember the first day we met 17 years ago you were out of the Westside Precinct and I in the Hollow. You were one heck of a cop, always there when the stuff on the road got crazy fast, you never ran away always there to fight the fight, a true cops cop. You were there for me when my beloved passed this year always checking in on me and Gracie. Your going to be missed by all of us in Department, a true brother in blue!!! I pray that you are able to find comfort in God's promise of paradise where there will be no more pain and sorrow (Revelation 21:4,5)  and the many wonderful  memories of your loved one becoming a reality in the future resurrection in paradise.  (Acts 24:15).
