George M. Olejarz
George Olejarz’s spirit passed from this earth on February 4, 2016. Born on September 24, 1952 he was the son of the late Kazimierz and Czeslawa (Piotrowicz) Olejarz of Hartford. In high school he was an all-star basketball and football player. He loved the outdoors and fishing. He could tell you about birds, flowers, plants and trees. His favorite music was that of the Grateful Dead. He entertained his many nieces and nephews with a dance he called the “frisco disco”. A chef by trade, he received “SLAMMIN” reviews for his culinary skills which started at the early age of 14. He leaves behind a large family who will forever remember him as a kind heart who always helped others before himself. He will have a private Christian burial and will be buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery. We ask you to remember our brother with an act of kindness, this is how he lived his life and how we would like to honor his memory.
