Obituary for Ludmila Zagrabelny (Kalmuk)

Ludmila (Kalmuk) Zagrabelny, wife of Stanley Zagrabelny of Wethersfield passed away peacefully in Hartford Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was born in Poland and came to the United States in 1968. Prior to her retirement, Ludmila was employed by Corbin and Russwin for 35 years. She was a communicant and choir member of SS Cyril & Methodius Church. Ludmila loved gardening, dancing , was a tremendous cook and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved watching the Red Sox with her husband.Besides her husband, Ludmila leaves two sons, Walter Zagrabelny and Chris Zagrabelny both of Wethersfield and three sisters, Rosemary Pakulski of Hartford, Kazimera Dworak and Janina Sopel, both of Poland. She also leaves her granddaughter Amber Nicole Zagrabelny, a sister-in-law Sofia Spzwt and her husband Marion and many cousins and nephews.
Friends may call from 4-7 pm, Friday December 4, 2015 at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd. Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday December 5, 2015 at 10:00am in SS Cyril & Methodius Church 63 Popieluszko Court Hartford.
