Condolence: Sad to hear of Rich's passing. Enjoyed a decade of friendship while I was with the HFD. Dapper introduced me to a person who introduced me to my first wife Clare. He was definitely a great guy and, I will cherish having known him during my time in Hartford. Rich also kept me in touch with HFD going-ons after my departure from the HFD. Rest in Peace Rich
