Doreen (Graffham) Kellogg, wife of Emerson J. Kellogg of Litchfield, formerly of Wethersfield passed away May 29, 2018 in Rose Haven of Litchfield. She was born in Ipswich, England, daughter of the late John and Phyllis (Cook) Graffham on January 6, 1936. Doreen met and married the love of her life on April 23, 1955 in England and moved to Wethersfield shortly after. Prior to her retirement, Doreen spent 20 years at the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles. She loved knitting, shopping, bowling, playing cards and being around family. Doreen loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She and Emerson never missed a recital, sporting event or anything at school. Besides her husband of 63 years, she leaves her daughter Patricia McLellan of New Albany, Ohio, her son Emerson Kellogg and his wife Kim of Litchfield, her grandchildren Ashley Grimes and her husband Sean, Christopher McLellan and his wife Abbey, Whitney Reichard and her husband James, Haley McLellan and Justin Augustine, Nicole Melaragno and her husband David and Vincent Perugini. She will also be remembered by her great-grandchildren Wyatt, Cole, Grayson and Peyton and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 4-7pm at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd. Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Doreen’s life will be held at 11:00am Saturday June 2, 2018 at Corpus Christi Church of Christ the King Parish, 601 Silas Deane Highway.
