Anita started her career as a stock analyst at Equitable Securities in Hartford. She soon entered the data processing field at Travelers Insurance where she was a systems manager until medical issues forced her to retire at age 50. Despite her many serious illnesses, Anita was outgoing, positive and good-natured, always quick with humor and an eye to helping others. She loved music, playing piano, gardening, cooking, and travel, with more recent travels limited to Cape Cod and Newport. Anita was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Joseph and Maria Elena (Silvester) Pensiero; brothers Mario (Tony) and Guido, and nephew Joseph Loranger.
