Obituary for John T. Darragh

John Thomas Darragh, 71, of Wethersfield passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. He was born in Hartford, son of the late Patrick Bradley and Nora (Carey) Darragh. He attended local schools, graduating from Hartford Public High School. He worked at Aetna Insurance Company and Hartford National Bank. He loved baseball, especially the Boston Red Sox and thoroughly enjoyed their World Series wins. He, himself, played softball for years in the Wethersfield Men's Softball League.
John leaves behind his sister and brother-in-law, Rosemary and Stephen Gregorski of Wethersfield. He loved his nieces and nephews. Nephews, James (Jay) Gregorski and his wife Heidi, and their children, Meghan, Jillian and Matthew, all of Wethersfield, Edward (Ted) Gregorski and his wife Brenda and their children Emma, Brenna and Teagan, all of Glastonbury, his nieces Christine Rolph and her husband Harold and their children McKayla, Brendan, and Katelyn, all of Great Falls, Virginia and Marybeth Mont and her husband Kevin and their children, Colin, Caroline and Christopher, all of Franklin, Ma.
Funeral services will be private.
