Vincenzo "Vincy"  Vuoto
Vincenzo “Vincy” Vuoto, 50, of Farmington, loving son, brother, uncle and companion, peacefully passed away at his home Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Vincy was born September 13, 1966 and raised in Hartford, the son of Sara (DiLeone) Vuoto and late Leone Vuoto. He grew up in the South end, and attended Hartford schools. At age 18, Vincy moved to the family’s hometown in Calabria, Italy where he resided for 3 years, then relocated back to America and resided in Farmington ever since. He was employed as car salesman. Along with his parents, Vincy will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family; longtime companion, MaryAnn McLaughlin of Farmington; three sisters and brothers in law, Rosa Courtemanche (Wayne), Linda Lesci (Leone) all of Glastonbury, Filomena Schifino (Nicola) in Germany; brother and sister in law Dominic Zipoli (Vivian) of Manchester; seven adored nieces and nephews, Nicole, Danielle, Matthew, William, Nastasia, Caleb and Simone. Friends and relatives may call on the family Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 3-6pm at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Vincy’s life will be Monday, March 13th at 10am in Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield. Interment will be at a later date.
