Jennie J. Entwistle 89, of Hartford, the beloved wife of the late Joseph Entwistle entered into the Lord’s arms Friday, June 10, 2011 in Hartford. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Christina (Serignese) Cacio. Having graduated from Bulkeley High School, Jennie proudly served in the U. S. Navy during WW II and was an active member of the American Legion Post 23 of Wethersfield. She had worked for many years with the C.V.S. Pharmacy and was a member of St Luke’s Church Choir and The Southend Senior Center. She leaves Lillian Harris, Michael, Robert and Patsy Cacio, Donald and Mitchell Gennette, Dorothy and Burt Gray, Marion Acarpio, Linda Doucette and her dear friend, Mary Haley to share in her loss. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Luke Church, 66 Bolton St. Hartford. Burial with full military honors will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford. Farley Sullivan Funeral Home is entrusted with care of arrangements.
