George N. Nettleton, 90 of Wethersfield passed away peacefully Thursday, May 10, 2012. Born in Hartford, son of the late George and Anna McAvey Nettleton, he lived in Wethersfield for many years. George leaves his two sisters, Leona Nettleton of Wethersfield and Ann Boyington of Coventry, three nieces Deborah Duval and her husband Robert of Rocky Hill, Sue DeNicola and her husband Anthony of Delaware and Linda Kmiec and her husband Steven of Coventry, three nephews, David Rhodes of California, Terrence DeRosa and his wife Beverly of Florida and Robert DeRosa and his wife Jacqueline of Tolland, eleven great nieces and great nephews and several cousins. George was predeceased by his brother, Charles Nettleton and his sister, May Nettleton. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2012 with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:30am in Sacred Heart Church, 56 Hartford Ave. Wethersfield. Burial will follow in the family plot at Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, (Sec. J), 1 Cottage Grove Rd., Bloomfield.
