Margaret (Sullivan) Frazier, 91 of Hartford, born July 10, 1918, beloved wife of 65 years, to the late Daniel J. Frazier, Sr. died surrounded by her loving family at home on Monday, January 25, 2010. Margaret was the daughter of the late James and Catherine (Coughlin) Sullivan Margaret is survived by her nine children; Louise Frazier of Hartford, Daniel and Jocelyne Frazier of Glastonbury, Stephen and Brenda Frazier of Chepachet, RI, Richard and Sheila Frazier of Arlington, TX, Edward Frazier of Glastonbury, Barbara and Richard Jaworski of Manchester, Thomas Frazier of New York, NY, John Frazier of Manchester and Kevin and Ann Frazier of Canton; her twelve grandchildren, Eric, Lisa, Stacey, Jeffery, Brian, Kyle, Megan, Kelly and Lauren Frazier, Kristen Sweeney, Dean and Allison Jaworski and eight great grandchildren, Daniel, Ryan, David, Jade, Jacob, Johnny, Edward, and Aliza. She also leaves nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to mention. Margaret lived in Hartford 91 years and was very active with St. Augustine Parish family, especially working the food pantry, a member of the Catholic Daughters, South End Senior Citizens, MARG, and on the Auxiliary board at Intensive Education Academy. Besides her loving husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brothers James and Edwin Sullivan, and sister, Catherine Flynn, as well as her best friend, Mary Cosgrove. Funeral procession from The Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd. Wethersfield will be held Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 10:00am, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11am in St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call on the family at the funeral home on Friday from 3-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Avenue, Hartford, CT 06114, or Intensive Education Academy, 840 North Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06117.
